The East Carolinian
Issue date: 8/14/08 Section: Features
Ever heard a wild rumor about ECU that may or may not be true? Ever wonder if there really is a clown that comes out of the bell tower or if Brewster building was built to prepare for riots?
We here at the East Carolinian understand your suspicions and have decided to put them to rest. Whether you want to know if Sandra Bullock really did graduate a pirate or if Cotton Hall is home to a friendly ghost, we have decided to dedicate our time to find out if these stories or true or just pure urban legends.
Send in your crazy stories or what you know of ECU myths and we will research and answer them throughout the semester. Check back weekly to see if your question has been solved!
