The Information and Computing Services are attempting to introduce Banner to ECU through marketing and information sessions. "The overall majority probably still does not know how to use it. Most people probably won't learn until they're forced to use it," said Don Sweet, associate chief information officer and Banner project director.
Students can cut out the hassle of having to lock up their bikes while going to class. Math professor Yan Lyansky created his own line of folding bikes, "Downtubes," which are convenient for students and faculty on campus. Folding bikes have been around since the late 1970s.
