According to a Public Safety report, on Nov. 12 at approximately 7:27 a.m. Sgt. Brian English was dispatched to Napier Hall in reference to a resident text messaging a friend saying he needed the police. Contact was made with the resident and it was determined that another male had entered his room, urinated on the floor and jumped into the bed with the resident.

Repeat Offender
According to a Public Safety Report, on Nov. 5 at approximately 11:38 p.m. officer Wesley Ransom observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign on South Columbia Street. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver, who initially gave the officer the name of his brother.

11/4/09 CDS: Police are investigating a CDS incident involving a student on the 4th floor of Edgewood Commons. A clear plastic tube containing a white powdery substance was found in the apartment after a police search was conducted. Substance was forwarded to the MSP lab for testing.

Upon arrival, the officer spoke to a facilities services employee who said a bathroom garbage can was thrown from the 16th floor, landing on the second floor overhang.
